A 2.5-ha vineyard, situated south of the property at 295 mt a.s.l., on two slopes, facing north-east and south-west.
This vineyard has 5 grape varieties, under spurred cordon cultivation: 225 m² of Ancellotta, 625 m² of Alicante Bouschet, 825 m² of Barsaglina, 0.8 ha of Merlot, and 1.52 ha of Sangiovese.
The soil, which is sandy and silty, and sub-alkaline, is fairly rich in active limestone and phosphorous, and has little organic material.
